Mr. Firoze Kapadia Currently, Mr. Firoze Kapadia is Chief Executive Officer of Pan African Agro Commodities Holding Limited an agro commodities business operating in West Africa. He has a strong background in agribusiness, strategic planning, and operational management. He is responsible for setting the company's overall strategic direction and ensuring its financial performance and growth. As the Chief Executive Officer he sets the strategic direction of the company, making key decisions that affect the company's overall operations and performance. He works closely with the board of directors and other executives to develop and implement the Company’s strategic plans. He oversees the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring that the company is running efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to improve processes, promote quality, and enhance productivity. He takes particular interest in ensuring the company's financial performance, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure financial targets are met and also undertaking a key role in negotiating with local banks in West Africa and securing funding for the company's operations and growth. Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees. Firoze represent the company in public, speaking at events and engaging with the media. Firoze brings to the role nearly 34 years of experience in the areas of accounting, human resources, management, and strategic planning, his vast career includes number of senior management positions. Prior to joining the Al Sayegh Group, where he works closely with the Chairman, Mr. Abdul Jabbar Al Sayegh in developing various businesses, he was the Executive Director of Treasury and Investment at Sorouh PJSC. He was also responsible for implementing the Mayo College franchise which eventually led to establishing the first branded Indian curriculum school in Abu Dhabi, UAE He hold a B.Sc Degree from University of Bombay and also a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants –UK (ACCA).
